職位描述
職位描述： 1. New component manufacturing realization, start up work from customer drawing and specification, establish BOM, develop manufacturing process, routing and required technique document, test run until FAI 100% completion; 2. Responsible to transferred component to secure the transfer of operation equipment and products from other site; 3. To analyze manufacturing issues, to provide appropriate solution, and to support all production area; 4. To understand the requirements and constraints of our customer, the design and our manufacturing capability and to work creatively within these parameters; 5. To maintain good liaison from engineering to quality and production, be positive and cooperative in face of problems, keep self open and willing to support during teamwork; 6. To research and implement new products and technologies to the manufacturing environment to improve manufacturing methods and processes. 7. To implement engineering changes requested by Customer or Internally. 職位要求： 1.University degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, or other closely related technical discipline and 4 years experience in mechanical manufacturing; 2.With 3-6 yrs working experience in manufacturing of metal parts (i.e., CNC machining, other treatment, assembly, etc.) 3.Aerospace industrial working experience is highly appreciated; 4.Good grasp of understanding customer drawing and specification; 5.Abundant skill of tooling design; 6.Ability of working under high stress; 7.Good oral and written English
